Loui Boil opened on River Road in 2025 with one idea. Good crab, crawfish and shrimp, boiled to order and tossed in a Cajun sauce we make ourselves. It comes to your table in a bag. Bibs and gloves are on us.

You set the heat
Six levels, from garlic butter with no spice at all up to extra extra spicy. First time here? Most people start at medium. Add corn, potato, sausage or garlic noodles and the bag turns into a full meal.

How does ordering a boil work?
Three steps. Pick your seafood by the pound or half pound, choose a spice level, then add sides like corn, potato, sausage or garlic noodles. Everything gets tossed in our house-made Loui Boil Cajun sauce and comes to the table in a bag.
How spicy is it?
You decide. There are six levels: garlic butter with no heat, mild, medium, spicy, extra spicy and extra extra spicy. If it's your first time, medium is a safe place to start.
Why is the seafood market price?
Crab, lobster, crawfish and shrimp prices move with the catch, so we price the boil by weight at the day's market rate. Call us at (551) 265-2552 and we'll tell you today's prices. Sides, starters, sandwiches and fried rice have fixed prices on the menu.
Is Loui Boil BYOB?
Yes. We don't sell alcohol, so bring your own beer or wine. We have sodas, juices, Milkis and sparkling water on the menu.
Do you have a private room for parties?
We do. Private and party rooms are available for birthdays, team dinners and family get-togethers. Call (551) 265-2552 or email louiboilnj@gmail.com with your date and headcount.
Is there a service fee for groups?
A 15% hospitality service fee is added automatically for parties of five or more.
Do you have food for kids or people who skip shellfish?
Yes. The kids menu has chicken tenders and fried shrimp. There's also fried rice, wings, a fried chicken sandwich, catfish, fries and clam chowder. Please tell your server about any allergy before you order.
Can I get Loui Boil delivered?
Yes. Order pickup directly through our Toast page, or get delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats.
